i have become more and more interested in modular design. i read lately that modular structures are more environmentally friendly due to the fact that most of the manufacturing takes place in a factory verses the job site. there is also the possibility for a decreased cost and increased availability to everyone. and isn't the goal of universal design?

rocio romero's lv line is one of my favorites. i'm lucky to have a friend who built one in maine and let's me visit from time to time.
