serpent is a playful structure that is based on the simple idea of a belt that has been rolled up and scaled up to human seating size. in this way everyone sitting on this furniture is connected thru sitting on the same surface. there are three types of components in the serpent system. the seat, the table and the link. these are endlessly combinable.
